  • ½ cup grated cheddar cheese

How To:

  1. In a bowl, mix egg whites and eggs.
  1. Coat a pan with cooking spray and heat over medium flame.
  1. Pour the egg mixture and scramble until the eggs are done.
  1. Then add salsa, cilantro, and season with salt and pepper. Transfer the scrambled eggs into a bowl.

  • ¼ cup chopped red bell peppers
  • 2 eggs
  • Salt and pepper
  • 2 tablespoons crumbled feta cheese
  • 2 tablespoons store-bought hummus
  • 1 pita cut into half

How To:

  1. Whisk the eggs with a pinch of salt and pepper. Leave it aside.
  1. In a pan, heat oil and sauté the onions until translucent.
  1. Then add the bell peppers and cook for another 3 minutes.
  1. Add the eggs and quickly stir in all the vegetables. Cook for 5 minutes.
  1. Then turn off the heat and top it with feta cheese.

You Will Need:

  • 2 tablespoons of chopped sun-dried tomatoes
  • ½ cup of boiling water
  • 2 thin slices of prosciutto, chopped
  • ¼ cup of chopped shallots
  • 1 teaspoon of butter
  • 2 garlic cloves, minced
  • ¼ cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 ½ cups fat-free milk
  • 4 egg whites

You Will Need:

  • ½ cup of quick-cooking oats
  • 1 cup of whole-wheat flour
  • 1 cup of all-purpose white flour
  • ¼ cup of brown sugar
  • ¼ teaspoon of salt
  • ½ teaspoon of ground ginger
  • ¼ teaspoon of ground nutmeg
  • 1 tablespoon of baking powder
  • ¾ cup of dried tart cherries
  • 4 tablespoons of unsalted butter cut into small pieces
  • 1 cup of buttermilk

How To:

  1. Place the oats, whole-wheat flour, white flour, brown sugar, salt, ginger, nutmeg, and baking powder in a food processor and blend well.
  1. Then add the cherries, butter, and pulse again.
  1. Make sure you pulse 15 to 20 times so that it forms a sandy texture.
  1. Then stir in the buttermilk and pulse again.
  1. Spoon the mixture on the baking sheet and dab a little cold water over the surface.

You Will Need:

  • 1 ½ cups of granulated sugar, divided
  • ½ cup of cereal nuggets
  • 2 teaspoons of instant espresso granules
  • 1 teaspoon ground cinnamon
  • 1 ¾ cups of all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon of baking soda
  • ½ teaspoon of baking powder
  • ½ teaspoon of salt
  • 1 cup of vanilla fat-free yogurt
  • ½ cup of butter, softened
  • ½ cup of egg substitute
  • Cooking spray
  • 1 ½ cups of sifted powdered sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of brewed coffee

How To:

  1. Combine ½ of granulated sugar, cereals, and cinnamon and espresso granules in a small bowl. Whisk and set it aside.
  1. Combine the flour, remaining granulated sugar, salt, baking soda and baking powder in a bowl.

  1. Coat a square baking pan with cooking spray.
  1. In a microwave-safe bowl, microwave butter, and honey for 30 seconds.
  1. In another microwave-safe bowl, combine the cereal flakes, oat and bran cereal and cherries and microwave on high for 1 ½ minutes.

  1. In a bowl, combine eggs, vanilla essence, and sugar. Then stir in the melted butter and grated zucchini.
  1. In a separate bowl, mix flour, nutmeg, cinnamon, salt, baking soda. Stir in the walnuts and raisins.

  • 1/3 cup of rolled oats
  • 1 cup of water
  • ½ -1 teaspoon of ground cinnamon
  • A pinch of salt & nutmeg
  • ½ cup of finely grated zucchini
  • 1 tablespoon of Chia seeds
  • 1 tablespoon of raisins
  • 2 tablespoons of chopped pecans
  • 1 teaspoon of vanilla extract
  • 1 tablespoon + 1 teaspoon of brown sugar divided
  • 1 teaspoon of butter

How To:

  1. In a medium sized saucepan, add water, cinnamon, salt, nutmeg and oats.
  1. Bring it to boil and simmer for 4 minutes.
  1. Now stir in the Chia seeds, zucchini, raisins, 1 tablespoon of brown sugar, and 1 tablespoon of pecans. Cook over medium heat for 4 minutes. Remove from the heat and stir in vanilla.
  1. Pour into a baking sheet and top with the remaining pecans, butter, and brown sugar.
  1. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes.
