  • 16 CHIPS AHOY! Cookies, divided
  • 2 cups vanilla ice cream, softened

  1. Take 8 cookies. Carefully poke a hole in the center of the cookies using a wooden pop stick. Keep them aside.

  3. Spoon out half of the chopped cookies evenly on 8 paper cups.

  • 3 cups cold milk
  • 2 pkg. (3.4 oz. each) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • ½ cup brewed strong coffee, cooled

  1. Whisk cream cheese in a large bowl.
  2. Beat in milk and dry pudding mixes.
  3. Stir in 2 cups COOL WHIP.
  4. Place 24 wafers up to 2 ½ qt. in a bowl.
  5. Drizzle with ¼ cup coffee.
  6. Top with half of pudding mixture and chocolate each.

You Will Need:

  • ½ cup sliced almonds, toasted, divided
  • 50 NILLA Wafers, finely crushed (about 1-3/4 cups)
  • 6 Tbsp. butter, melted
  • 1 pkg. (3.4 oz.) vanilla instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold milk
  • 1 cup thawed COOL WHIP Whipped Topping
  • 1 cup mixed fresh fruit (blueberries, raspberries, blackberries, halved strawberries, sliced kiwi)

How To:

  1. Save 1 tbsp. of nuts. Chop rest of the nuts.
  2. Mix with wafer crumbs and butter.
  3. Press onto bottom and up side of 9-inch tart pan.
  4. Beat pudding mix.
  5. Add milk and whisk for 2 minutes.
  6. Blend in the Cool Whip.
  7. Scoop out into crust.
  8. Refrigerate for until it is firm.
  9. Top with fruits or reserved nuts just before serving.

18. Lemon-Ginger Refrigerator Roll:

You Will Need:

  • 30 NABISCO Ginger snaps
  • 1 pkg. (4-serving size) lemon instant pudding mix
  • 1 cup cold fat-free milk
  • 1 ½ cups thawed frozen light whipped topping

How To:

  1. Whisk the pudding mix and milk for 2 minutes.
  2. Stir in whipped topping.
  3. Lay out the cookies and spread about 1 ½ tsp of the pudding mixture. Stack the cookies.
  4. Frost with rest of the pudding mixture.
  5. Refrigerate until it turns hard.
  6. Cut into slices and serve.

19. Mint-Oreo Icebox Cake:

You Will Need:

  • 2 15-25 oz boxes mint Oreos
  • 1 3.4 oz package chocolate pudding
  • 8 oz whipped cream
  • 1 ½ cups mini chocolate chips
  • 1 3.4 oz package vanilla pudding
  • 4 ½ cups milk
  • ¾ tsp mint extract
  • 4 drops blue food color
  • 2 drops yellow food color
  • chocolate sauce for topping, if desired.

How To:

  1. Use the instructions on the package to make chocolate pudding. Use 2 cups of milk for this. Set it aside.
  2. Now make vanilla pudding as per the instructions. Use 2 cups of milk here as well.
  3. To the vanilla pudding, add mint extract and food color (preferably green) and set aside.
  4. Pour in rest of the milk in to a small bowl.
  5. On the bottom of a 9×13 pan, placed milk-dipped Oreos in a single layer. The Oreos must be dipped in and out very quickly.
  6. Now spread chocolate pudding over first layer of Oreos.
  7. Drizzle ¾ cups of mini chocolate chips over the chocolate pudding.
  8. Now spread another layer of milk-dipped Oreos over the chocolate chips in a single layer.
  9. Spread a layer of mint pudding over the second layer of Oreos.
  10. Spread whipped cream over mint pudding layer.
  11. Drizzle rest of the mini chocolate chips on the whipped cream layer.
  12. Top it with rest of the Oreos. Also layer some chocolate sauce and refrigerate.

20. Chocolate Toffee No Bake Cookies:

You Will Need:

  • 1 cup sugar
  • 1 ½ cups toffee bits
  • 1 cup light corn syrup
  • 1 cup creamy peanut butter
  • 1 cup semi-sweet chocolate chips
  • 3 cups quick oats
  • 1 cup coconut

How To:

  1. Mix corn syrup and sugar in a large saucepan.
  2. Bring the mix to full boil.
  3. Once you remove it from heat, stir in chocolate chips and peanut butter and combine well.
  4. Add oats and coconut.
  5. Add in toffee bits.
  6. Use a rounded tablespoon onto parchment paper and allow to cool for 20-30 minutes.
