2. Banana And Avocado Mash:

You Will Need:

  • Banana
  • Avocado

How To:

  1. In a bowl, add the banana and the avocado. Mash with the back of a spoon or your fingers.

3. Sweet Potato With Pear :

  • Dried apricots
  • White grape juice, pear juice or apple juice

How To:

  1. In a pan, add the juice and the apricots and let it boil. Reduce the heat and let it simmer for fifteen minutes.
  2. Take out the apricots and put it in a blender to make a puree.
  3. Add the liquid from the pan to make the paste soft and smooth. You may also add some homemade cereal to make it creamier.

6. Applesauce:

You Will Need:

  • Apples
  • Water

How To:

  1. Peel the apples and cut it into slices or chunks. Boil the apples until tender.

7. Acorn Squash:

You Will Need:

  • Acorn squash
  • Water

How To:

  1. Pre-heat your oven to 200 degrees C.
  2. Cut the squash into two halves and remove all the seeds.
  3. Add some water to an oven tray and place the acorn squash in it.
  4. Cook this in the oven for about 40 minutes. Remove it from the oven.
  5. Scoop out the pulp and blend it.

8. Carrot Yam Puree:

You Will Need:

  • Yam
  • Carrots
  • Water

How To:

  1. Peel and cut the yam and carrots. Boil the vegetables until tender.
  2. Puree the boiled vegetables in a blender.

9. Chicken Puree:

You Will Need:

  • Boneless chicken (breast or thigh parts)
  • Fruit or vegetable puree

How To:

  1. Preheat the oven to 200 degrees C. Line a baking tray with foil. Place chicken on the tray and roast until it turns golden brown.
  2. In a pan, boil water and add the roasted chicken. Let the chicken cook on low flame until tender. Remove the chicken from the pan and churn it in a blender. Add some liquid from the pan if you want.
  3. Add the vegetable or fruit puree and blend again to make a smooth paste.

10. Baby Cereal:

  • Pearled barley
  • Water or breast milk

How To:

  1. Boil water in a pan.
  2. Grind the barley in a blender. Add this barley powder slowly to the boiling water and keep stirring.
