  • 25 Oreo cookies
  • 4 packets of cream cheese
  • 4 Tbsp of butter
  • 4 Tbsp of cornflour
  • 4 whole eggs
  • 1 cup of sugar or coconut sugar
  • 2 Tbsp of vanilla essence
  • 2 bars of chocolate
  • 1/2 cup of cream

How To:

  1. Crush the cookies and mix with butter. Line the base of the cake tin with this mixture.
  2. Whip cream cheese, cornflour, and sugar together. Then add the eggs.
  3. Add the vanilla essence, cream and chocolate.
  4. Pour the mix over the Oreo crust and bake for 10 minutes at 180 degrees C. Then reduce the heat to 100 degrees C and bake for an hour.

2. Margarita Pizza:

You Will Need:

  • Whole wheat or multigrain pizza dough
  • 4 Tbsp of Salsa sauce
  • A handful of basil leaves
  • 1 cup of grated mozzarella cheese
  • 2 Tbsp of Extra virgin olive oil

  1. Preheat the oven and grease the baking tray. Roll out the dough and place on the baking tray.

  1. Wash the potatoes and cut into thin slices. Keep them immersed in water.
  2. Whip the cream with garlic, rosemary, and thyme.

  5. In a baking dish, layer the potatoes, sprinkle the cheese, and top with cream.

  • 8 eggs
  • 1/2 Tbsp of salt
  • 2 Tbsp of chopped chives
  • ¼ Tbsp of pepper
  • 1 cup of chopped white onion
  • 1 Tbsp of butter
  • 2 cups of baby spinach
  • 1 cup of roasted chopped red peppers
  • 1/3 cup of grated white cheddar cheese
  • ¼ cup of ricotta cheese

How To:

  1. Mix the eggs with pepper, chives, and salt. Leave it aside.
  2. Melt the butter in a pan and sauté the onions.
  3. Now add the spinach and roasted red peppers. Sauté the vegetables. Add ricotta cheese and stir well.

  • 1 egg
  • A pinch of salt and pepper
  • 1 English muffin
  • 1 Tbsp of butter
  • A slice of cheese
  • 1 Tbsp of butter
  • A Bacon

How To:

  1. Heat a non-stick frying pan over medium heat and place a round cookie cutter in it. Place ½ Tbsp of butter in the ring.
  2. Whip the egg in a bowl with salt and pepper.
  3. Pour the egg into the ring and cook for three minutes.

  • ½ Tbsp of mustard powder

  1. Cook the chicken salami over medium heat.

  3. Now add the butter and cheese to the flour mixture. Mix well. Then add the green onions and chicken salami.
  4. Make a dough with the flour mixture using the buttermilk.

  • 1 1/3 cups of grated cheddar cheese
  • 4 whole wheat tortillas

  2. Blanch baby corn and broccoli in a hot water and then rinse with ice water.
