  3. Add the other ingredients like coconut cream, ice-cream, and crushed ice into the glass and stir with soft hands.

  • 75ml Vanilla syrup
  • 1 cup of milk
  • 150gram milk chocolate bar
  • 3 squares of milk chocolate
  • Ice cubes
  • Martini glass

How To:

  1. Pour milk into a non-stick saucepan and heat it on medium flame.
  2. Break the chocolate squares into halves and add them to the hot milk.
  3. Stir the milk and chocolate gently, so that you obtain a liquid chocolate mixture.
  4. Allow the mixture to cool down to room temperature and then store it in the refrigerator.
  5. Pour the cool milk mixture into a cocktail shaker and shake it well.
  6. Add the vanilla syrup and few pieces of ice cubes and shake again.
  7. Pour the mixture into the martini glass and garnish the cocktail with the chocolate squares.

You Will Need:

  • 1 lemon juice
  • 150 ml passion-fruit juice
  • 1 large sliced mango
  • 1 cup of orange juice
  • Sparkling water
  • Ice cubes

How To:

  1. Add the sliced mangos in a blender and make a smooth puree.
  2. Add the citrus juices and passion fruit juice into the mango puree and mix well.
  3. Pour the contents into the glass and top it with sparkling water and few pieces of ice cubes.

9. Mint And Apple Cooler:

You Will Need:

  • 750ml apple juice
  • 1 small bunch of mint leaves
  • 300gm caster sugar
  • 1 sliced lime
  • Sprigs of mint
  • Slices of lemon and ice to garnish

How To:

  1. Pour a cup of water into a saucepan and add some sugar to it.
  2. Place the saucepan on medium flame and bring the mixture to boil, until the sugar dissolves completely.
  3. Add the stalks and the mint leaves and slices of lime in the saucepan and mix well.
  4. Take the saucepan off the heat and let the mixture cool down.
  5. Strain the mixture into a bottle and throw away all the mint and lime. Put it in the refrigerator and let it cool down.
  6. Add the sugar syrup into the glass, and pour the apple juice into it. Then add ice cubes.
  7. Use the sprigs of mint and slices of lemon to garnish the cocktail.

10. Lavender Lemonade:

You Will Need:

  • 250ml boiled water
  • 10gm lavender heads
  • ½ cup of ripe lemon juice
  • 75gm sugar
  • 600ml cold water
  • Ice cubes

How To:

  1. Place the lavender flower heads in a small saucepan and pour boiling water over it.
  2. Heat the contents again and let it simmer down.
  3. Take off the saucepan off the heat. Leave the flower heads in it for the next ten minutes.
  4. Strain away the flower and take the liquid into a glass.
  5. Add sugar to the liquid and stir it continuously until the sugar dissolves.
  6. Now add cold water and lemon juice into the mixture.
  7. Serve the cocktail in tall, slim tumblers and put ice cubes into the delicious drink.
