It's Amazing How This Doctor Calms Down A Baby

Babies cry, and they do it a lot. As a mom of an infant, you’re probably used to seeing your little one relentlessly bawl at the top of her lungs. And, you’re probably at your wit’s end wondering why the baby is crying, even though you just fed her, burped her, and changed her diaper. But, you aren’t the only one who faces this problem. Moms all over the world have to contend with a crying baby, and sometimes, these bouts of crying can go on for ages.

So, it comes as no surprise that there is a myriad of techniques and methods you can adopt to calm your baby down. Unfortunately, most of these methods rarely ever work, and there remains much scepticism among moms who wish to try these methods. But, a pediatrician Dr. Robert Hamilton changed all of that. He has come up with a modified swaddling technique that can calm your baby down in like 3-5 seconds. That probably sounds impossible. But, it isn’t. Check out the video below:

In the video, Dr. Hamilton proceeds to use what he calls “the hold”, and says “that the hold is very helpful in calming children and keeping them quiet”.

One of the main drawbacks of using the hold is that it only works for infants who are 0-3 months old. As children grow up, it becomes difficult to lift her and keep her in that position, as she is heavier and indeed jumpier than before.

Have you tried the hold? Did it work for you? Tell us here.
