First and foremost, you need to remember that your doctor will not suggest a Cesarean delivery unless necessary. But, if your doctor is set to schedule a C-section and you know beforehand, you can always ask if trying for labor first is an option. And, if this recommendation co6mes as a surprise in between your labor, you can always discuss its pros first. However, if the reasoning in either of the case makes you realize that Cesarean delivery is your best bet, go for it. After all, it is the well-being of both you and your little one that matters the most. So, don’t let any negative thoughts hold you back and just do what is right for the both of you.

Yes, labor might hurt but you can always prepare yourself for it. You can go for birthing classes, where you will learn various positions and breathing techniques that can help with the pain. There are other tactics completely free of medications that you can learn to get rid of the pain. Or, at least, make the pain a little more tolerable. And, if none of these techniques work, you can always opt for medications. Remember that looking at your little one’s face will make every bit of the pain worth it at the end of the day. Maybe, this thought will help put your nervousness to rest.

While this can happen, you should not let this thought get you all worked up. There are chances that anything within you that lies ahead of the baby may be pushed out during the labor. And, this might include poop too. But, this minor ‘poop’ incident does happen quite often in the operation room, thus, all the doctors and nurses are pretty much used to it. So, don’t get embarrassed and trust the medical professionals since they will know what to do.

4. You Won’t Reach The Hospital On Time

The thought of delivering in your car itself may have crossed your mind, leaving you all scared. But, that is unlikely since labors can usually be fairly long, thus, giving you enough time to reach the hospital. Given how both you and your husband are always on your toes with the due date around the corner, you should not be worrying yourself about this at all.

Many of you might be petrified of needles. But, if you are opting for an epidural, the only time it might hurt is when the tiny needle is injected before the area becomes numb. Above all, you will be feeling so many emotions that the fear of needles will be the last thing on your mind. At that moment, you will just be waiting for the arrival of your little one so that you can hold him/her in your arms, isn’t it?

Childbirth is an emotional roller-coaster for all women so it is better to voice out your concerns and worries with your doctor beforehand. Having an honest chat with your gynec can ease a lot of your worries, making you slightly more relaxed and upbeat. Good luck, ladies!
