Ingredients:

  • 1/2 pound cooked pasta
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
  • 1 cup whole milk
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper

Directions:

  1. In a microwave safe bowl, add pasta, cheese, milk, salt, and pepper.
  2. Stir well and cover lightly with plastic wrap.
  3. Microwave for 3 minutes, stir and then microwave for another 2 minutes.
  4. Keep stirring until it becomes smooth and creamy.

2. Kid-friendly mac and cheese recipe

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound cooked macaroni
  • 1 cup butter
  • 1/3 cups flour
  • 3 cups milk
  • 750 pound cheese
  • 3/4 teaspoon salt
  • 1/4 teaspoon pepper
  • 4 tablespoons
  • dry bread crumbs

Directions:

  1. Preheat the oven to 375 degrees F.
  2. Take a saucepan and melt 3/4th cup of butter over medium heat.
  3. Then stir in the flour and add the milk slowly.
  4. Bring it to boil and then stir for 2 minutes.
  5. Take it off the burner and then add cheese, salt, and pepper. Keep stirring until the cheese melts.
  6. Add the macaroni and mix well.
  7. Take a casserole dish and mix the remaining butter, bread crumbs and pepper.

  • 400g cooked macaroni

  • 250g grated gruyere cheese
  • Chopped parsley

  1. In a saucepan, melt the butter and add the flour.

  • 2 cups cooked elbow pasta
  • 8 ounces Cheddar, 1/2 of the amount cubed, ½ shredded
  • 8 ounces Colby cheese, cubed
  • 8 ounces Monterey pepper jack cheese, cubed
  • 2 teaspoons all-purpose flour
  • 1/2 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon freshly ground black pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon cayenne pepper
  • 1/2 teaspoon dry mustard
  • 1/8 teaspoon freshly ground nutmeg
  • 4 tablespoons sour cream
  • 1 large egg, beaten
  • 1 cup heavy cream
  • 1/4 cup finely grated onions

  1. Preheat the oven to 350 degrees for 3 minutes. Then take a large bowl and toss the pasta and cheese cubes together.
  2. Pour the mixture into a baking dish.
  3. Then take another bowl and add flour, salt, cayenne pepper, black pepper, nutmeg and dry mustard.
  4. Then add sour cream, heavy cream, and onions.

Ingredients:

  • 1 pound of cooked macaroni
  • 3 cups of 4% cottage cheese
  • 1/2 cup butter cubed
  • 1/2 cup all-purpose flour
  • 1 teaspoon salt
  • 1/2 teaspoon white pepper
  • 1/4 teaspoon garlic salt
  • 3 cups half-and-half cream
  • 1 cup 2% milk
  • 4 cups shredded cheddar cheese

Directions:

  1. Place cottage cheese in a food processor and process until it is smooth.
  2. Then take a large saucepan and melt butter. Then stir in flour, salt, pepper and garlic salt. Gradually add cream and milk.

  • 1 sachet ranch salad dressing mix

  • 1/3 cup finely chopped onions
  • 31/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 13/4 cups shredded reduced-fat cheddar cheese

  • 1/2 cup fat-free evaporated milk
  • 13/4 cups 2% cottage cheese
  • 1 teaspoon Dijon mustard

  2. In a blender jar, combine milk, cottage cheese, mustard, salt, pepper, and process until smooth.

  4. Bake the macaroni and cheese uncovered for 25 minutes at 350 degrees or until it is light brown in color.

  • 1 1/2 cups cooked elbow macaroni
  • 2 cups chopped zucchini
  • 1/2 cup chopped onion
  • 2 tablespoons canola oil
  • 1 cup diced tomatoes, drained
  • 1 can condensed cheddar cheese soup, undiluted
  • 2 cups shredded cheddar cheese
