If you have already welcomed your little one to your home, we wish you many, many congratulations! Since there is an immense amount of responsibility that comes with parenting, it is quite natural to get a little tensed. After all, there is one tiny individual who is entirely dependent on you. While you may have done a lot of research on pregnancy and motherhood, there might still be several things which you may not have figured out entirely. But, don’t let this get you all worked up. Although we can’t do the hard work for you, we can surely help you make everything slightly easier. So, here we bring you some parenting hacks that might make things a tiny bit hassle-free for you all:
1. White Noise It Is!
Does your baby find it difficult to have a full night’s sleep? Does even a tiny bit of noise disrupt your little one’s slumber? Don’t let this worry you. All you have to do is use white noise in such a way that it benefits you. You can either use a ceiling or table fan to ensure that it produces just the right amount of noise. This regulated white noise can help calm down your little one. In fact, now there are also mobile applications that can help you in providing a static white noise.
2. A Warm Mattress For The Crib
We all know how much these munchkins love falling asleep in their mother’s arms. And, we are sure that so does yours. However, the problem arises when you are trying to put your baby into the crib. The cold mattress or the blanket in the crib might cause your little one to wake up. Don’t you worry though, we have a solution for you. Just take a heating pad and place it on the crib. You can then remove the same right before putting the little one to sleep. And, by doing this, you will have a comfortable bed ready for your sweet, little munchkin.
3. The Onesies With A Flap
For you, onesies might be the most favorite thing right now. Whenever you think of dressing up your little one, this is always your first choice as he/she can’t take this off easily. Additionally, changing diapers also becomes quite effortless when your infant is wearing onesies. But, did you notice that there are flaps on the onesies? The reason why these flaps are present is so that you can stretch the hole present in the neck area easily. This way, the hole is big enough for you to pull the onesies out from the bottom instead of the top. This hack is much convenient when you suddenly find yourself in a ‘poop explosion’ situation.
4. Gas Problems? Not Anymore!
If you notice that your little one is feeling a little gassy, you can just do this very simple thing. Rest your baby in such a way that he/she is on the back. Now, have you heard of bicycle motion? Just move his/her legs in that way. This way, a little pressure will be applied on the infant’s tummy, thus, releasing the gas. With this simple hack, your little one will not feel uneasy and uncomfortable anymore.
As soon as you become a new mom, there are too many things that are always there on your platter. So, if you come across a hack that can make your life relatively easier, just go for it. At the end of the day, you deserve all the help that you can get right now.
Also, mommies, do you have any other hacks on your mind that you would like to share with your fellow moms? If yes, please share with all of us in the comments section below. Good luck, ladies!
