When it comes to pregnancy, an apprehension that a few expecting mothers have is regarding the drastic physical transformations that their bodies will undergo. This fear may be partly because of the unrealistic expectations that different media platforms have set with respect to the ‘correct’ body image. This is what the famous photographer Jade Beall intends to showcase through her incredible clicks. She wishes to spread awareness about how women’s bodies are stunning, no matter which stage of life it is. Her recent endeavor ‘A Beautiful Body project’ showcases a movement where women came together to share their stories. The aim was to celebrate how a woman’s body changes at every stage in order to liberate the future women generations from self-suffering. Here, we bring you some of those photographs:
