In partnership with Motherhood Hospitals
Everyone prepares you for the birth. The hospital bag is packed, the birth plan discussed, the nursery ready weeks ahead. What nobody prepares you for is what comes after: the sore, sleepless, emotional blur of the first few months that experts call the “fourth trimester.”
For most Indian mothers, this phase runs on family advice and the quiet expectation that you’ll bounce back. But healing after childbirth isn’t a bounce. It’s a process that touches your body, your mind and your sense of self. That’s the gap ReBorn is built to fill.
What is ReBorn?
ReBorn is Motherhood Hospitals’ postpartum recovery program at its Gurugram hospital, for mothers after a normal delivery or C-section. It combines postnatal care, physiotherapy, lactation support, nutrition, emotional wellbeing and newborn care guidance in a single structured recovery plan, with one clear aim: helping mothers heal safely, regain strength and feel confident in early motherhood.
Why it matters
After delivery, the scans and check-ups of pregnancy shrink to a single follow-up, and a mother’s own health slips down the list. Yet childbirth changes almost everything: muscles, joints, hormones, sleep, energy and emotions. Some women recover quickly; others need real support for pain, weakness, breastfeeding or C-section healing.
ReBorn addresses what new mothers actually live with: back and pelvic pain, weakness, urinary leakage, feeding struggles, fatigue, mood changes and newborn-care doubts. A structured plan helps mothers know what’s normal and stops small concerns from becoming bigger problems.
How it works

Every journey begins with a post-delivery assessment of physical recovery, pain, sleep, feeding and emotional wellbeing. From there, the team builds a personalised plan around each mother’s delivery type, symptoms and pace.
Body. Postpartum physiotherapy rebuilds strength, posture and mobility, while pelvic floor therapy restores core strength and urinary control. C-section mothers get dedicated help with scar healing and returning to daily activity.
Feeding. Lactation experts help with latching, supply concerns and feeding confidence.
Nourishment. Nutrition guidance supports healing, energy and milk production.
Mind. Counselling supports mood changes, stress and anxiety, because emotional recovery matters as much as physical healing.
Baby. Practical guidance on feeding, sleep and hygiene helps first-time parents feel less overwhelmed.
Regular follow-ups track progress and adjust the plan as recovery unfolds.
Why Motherhood Hospitals

ReBorn comes from a network that has focused on women and children for over a decade. Founded in Bengaluru in 2010, Motherhood now runs 26 hospitals across 14 cities and has cared for more than a million women and children.
It has consistently pushed care forward, from a virtual NICU network across India to its AI-powered pregnancy app, Motherhood ONE, and was named Best Mother & Child Brand at the ET Edge awards in 2025.
That depth is ReBorn’s real advantage. Mothers are supported by an integrated team of obstetricians, physiotherapists, lactation consultants, nutritionists and paediatric experts, caring for mother and baby together, under one roof.
Healing, not bouncing back
Perhaps ReBorn’s greatest gift is permission: to rest, to ask for help, to say “I’m not okay today” without guilt. The goal isn’t to return to who you were before the baby. It’s to heal fully and step into this new chapter feeling strong, supported and seen. Because the first months of motherhood deserve more than survival. They deserve care.
