You Will Need:

  • Pencils
  • Cardboard
  • Scissors
  • Wool
  • Hot glue

How To:

  1. Show your kid how to draw stars on a sheet of cardboard using pencils.
  1. Cut the drawn stars out.
  1. Wrap the stars with wool
  1. Secure the wool with hot glue.

2. Paper Star Ornaments:

You Will Need:

  • Different sheets of colorful papers, such as a sheet of red paper and a sheet of blue paper.
  • Scissors
  • String
  • Glue
  • Pencil and a ruler

How To:

  1. Draw stars on different colorful papers using the scale and pencil. Cut out the drawn stars.
  1. Carefully fold the paper stars down the center line.
  1. Glue all five folded stars together using the glue.
  1. Now take the string and thread it through the center of stars to hang.

You Will Need:

  • Several sheets of white construction paper
  • Different watercolors
  • Paint brush
  • Tape
  • Pencil
  • Scissors
  • Glitter
  • Yarn

How To:

  1. Show your kids how to paint different sheets of white construction paper with different watercolors using a paint brush.
  1. Add glitter to the sheets to enhance their appearance.
  1. Use a star template, trace a star on each sheet of paper using pencil, and cut out the stars with scissors.
  1. After cutting all the stars, place them in a row upside down.
  1. Cut a long thread out of a ball of yarn, and tape the long thread to the back of each star.
  1. Also, add tape to the ends of the garland of stars and hang it on the wall.

4. Felt Star Craft:

You Will Need:

  • Toy stuffing
  • Yellow felt
  • Sequins, decorative buttons, and other decorative items
  • Needle and thread
  • Fabric glue
  • Ribbon

How To:

  1. Cut two stars out of yellow felt and sew these stars together using needle and thread. Leave out a gap to fill the felt star with toy stuffing.
  1. Now, stuff the stitched star with stuffing.
  1. Cut the ribbon long enough to make a loop. Put the ends of ribbon into the star. Sew the gap in the star so that the ribbon is fixed to hang it on your wall.
  1. Now, paste sequins, glitter, buttons, and other decorative items and decorate the felt star.

  • Pre-cut stars of paper or card paper
  • Bowls
  • Different kinds of uncooked, colored pasta, such as ziti pasta, elbow pasta, and other types.
  • Glue

How To:

  1. Fill different bowls with different types of pasta.
  1. Provide your kids glue and pre-cut stars of card paper.
  1. Let them choose their choice of pasta and paste it on their star.
  1. Kids can decorate one star with one kind of pasta or mixture of different shapes of pasta.
