7. Creamy Rice Pudding:
Rice is usually given as a first food to the baby, because it is so light, yummy and easy to digest. You can also make luscious pudding with rice. Pressure cook one cup of rice using 2.5 cups of milk. When the rice turns soft, mash them a little with the back of the spoon just to break up the grains. Don’t mash them completely. If desired, you may add more milk at this stage. Add sugar to taste and a pinch of cardamom powder. Serve it to your baby warm or chilled. You can garnish it with tiny bits of strawberry and finely ground nuts.

You can prepare a simple sauce by sautéing a spoonful of chopped onion in some olive oil and add tiny pieces of boiled chicken to it. Add a cupful of homemade chicken stock and bring it to boil. Add oregano, salt and pepper to taste and let the sauce reduce a bit. Finish it with some cheese and stir till it melts. Pour this yummy sauce on the pasta and serve!

Who doesn’t love pancakes? They are a great breakfast option. They are soft, buttery and heavenly to taste. Couple it with some fruit puree and boom! There are loads of flavours bursting in your mouth. Make pancakes using whole grain flours, such as wheat flour. Avoid using honey or store-bought sugary syrups. A strawberry puree or mango puree makes a great accompaniment with pancakes. Break the pancake into tiny pieces and pour some fruit puree over it and let your baby eat it using his/her fingers.
10. Yummy Apple & Sweet Potato Soup:
Who doesn’t love Apples? Apple is another great food for 10 months baby. Red and juicy apples are loved by most of the babies. You can mix apples and sweet potatoes together and churn up a delicious soup. Take 3-4 apples, boil them in a saucepan and drain the water. Melt some unsalted butter in a separate saucepan and stir in some flour, cook until the mixture turns brown. Pour in the broth slowly, stirring constantly, then add applesauce, sweet potato, cinnamon and ginger. Simmer the heat and cook for 5 minutes.
