  1. Take a pack of frozen peas and wrap it in a thin towel. Place it on the bump of your little one’s head for around two to five minutes. And, continue doing this on and off for at least one hour. You can also use a diaper instead of the towel.
  1. Suppose the bump on the baby’s head is too big, then you can consult your doc. And, give medications as per the pediatrician’s suggestion.
  1. Also, you might want to elevate your little angel’s head to the level of his/her heart. This may help avoid blood from getting collected in the area that was affected. But, yes, do take your doc’s advice for the same.

  1. Be alert to your children’s behavior. If your tiny tots are crying in a normal manner, then it might be alright. However, do keep observing their behavior for at least several weeks. Observe if they are able to balance while walking. Are there any changes in the way they speak? Do they have headaches? Are they vomiting? If you notice something odd, do talk to your doc immediately.

If they have still not started walking or talking, observe signs like whether or not they are crying in a high pitched manner. Are they facing any difficulties while feeding?

  1. Once your munchkin starts standing inside the crib, bring the mattress down to a position from where he/she can easily climb down without falling.
