1. Tofu Smoothie With Berries:
You Will Need:
- Berries (of your kid’s choice)
- Tofu
- Milk
- Banana
- Ice – optional
How To Make:
- Add all the ingredients into a food processor.
- Blend until the mix turns soft and creamy.

2. Crispy Tofu Cubes:
You Will Need:
- Tofu – cut into small pieces
- Cornstarch
- Cornmeal
- Parmesan cheese
- Olive oil
- Salt
How To Make:
- In a bowl, mix the Parmesan cheese, cornmeal, salt, and cornstarch.
- Now add the tofu pieces. Mix it together so that the mix coats all the tofu pieces.
- Heat a little oil in a pan. Add tofu pieces. Cook until it turns brown and crispy.

3. Stir-Fried Tofu With Broccoli:
You Will Need:
- Vegetable or chicken broth
- Soy sauce
- Cornstarch
- Sugar
- Red Pepper Powder
- Tofu
- Salt
- Oil
- Garlic
- Ginger
- Broccoli
- Water
How To Make:
- In a small bowl add the broth, soy sauce, cornstarch, sugar, and red pepper powder. Mix it well and keep it aside.
- Cut the tofu into small pieces and season with salt. In a large bowl, put some cornstarch and add the tofu. Mix well to coat the tofu completely.
- Heat the oil in a pan over medium flame. Place the tofu in the oil and cook until it turns brown. Flip it and let it cook. Once done, remove from the pan and place it on a plate.
- Reduce the heat and add oil, ginger and garlic to the pan. Cook until it turns golden. Add water and broccoli. Cover the pan and let it simmer until the broccoli turns tender.
- Add the broth mix and cook until it becomes thick. Add the tofu to the pan. Let it simmer for five minutes before serving it.

4. Grilled Tofu With Vegetables:
You Will Need:
- Tofu
- Garlic
- Onions
- Tomatoes
- Soy sauce
- Peanut butter
- Honey
- Peanut oil
- Chili garlic sauce – optional
- Cilantro
- Salt
How To Make:
- Drain the tofu and wrap it in some paper towels. Press it for at least 15 minutes.
- Reheat the oven grill.
- Add garlic, soy sauce, honey, peanut butter and peanut oil to a food processor and blend. Once the mix is smooth, add the chili garlic sauce and chopped cilantro and churn again.
- Cut the tofu into cubes. Take a bowl place the tofu cubes and add the garlic mix along with the seasoning. Let the tofu marinate for an hour.
- Now take the tofu and place it on a skewer alternating with tomato and onion cubes. Place them on the grill and cook until it turns golden brown.
- Use the leftover marinade as a sauce.
