  • 1 quart of vanilla yogurt

  • 2 tsp of ground cinnamon
  • Salt as per taste
  • ½ cup of chopped pecans
  • ½ tsp of ground ginger
  • 3 tbsp. of honey
  • 2 tbsp. of vegetable oil
  • 2 tbsp. of maple syrup
  • 2 tbsp. of water

  1. Preheat the oven to 300 degrees F.

  5. Spread out the mix on a greased baking sheet and bake for about 35 minutes till it becomes dry but not brown.
