Liz L. Sowers is a state-licensed professional cosmetologist. She has been working in the beauty industry for well over a decade, running her private hair studio for much of that time. While owning and operating L. Louise Hair and Makeup Studio, she fell in love with special event hairstyling, and has grown her specialty in that skillset.
