Lydia Waruszynski-St-Denis is a certified family life educator, relationship coach, and marriage advisor with over 27 years of experience. She founded LetsTalkAboutLove that helps couples lead a better life. She did her BA, holds an M.Ed degree from McGill University, and also completed a sex therapy certificate from the University of Guelph.  She is a self-proclaimed "modern-day warrior of the heart," and is passionate about training the mind to serve the heart. Her primary focus area is intimate relationships, and provides programs Really Engaged, Marriage Interrupted, Sex onthe Menu, Family Matters and  Real-ationships.
