Kintla Striker is the creator of the KYT (Kintla Yoga Therapy) Method of yoga. She created her own style of yoga in 2009 after garnering decades of experience and with self-practice. A research report on this method was presented at Harvard Medical School in 2018. With over 12 years of experience, Kintla excels in post-traumatic healing and growth. She is an E-RYT, YACEP, and the CEO of Kintla Yoga. She conducts international lectures, is a published author and a research investigator. She is a member of the Michigan Human Trafficking Task Force and a Board of Directors member of Mid-Michigan Recovery Services.
