Halsey And Alev Aydin

Earlier this year, the pop star announced that she was pregnant with her first child, and we can’t be happier! The singer put up the news of her pregnancy on her social media handle, captioning it with a simple “Surprise!”. In the post, the pop icon also tagged screenwriter and producer Alev Aydin, which could indicate that they’re both expecting their little bundle of joy together. The actress wore a knitted bikini top along with some comfy-looking maternity jeans, all of which made her look like the star that she is!

Halsey has been vocal about a miscarriage that she, unfortunately, had a few years back. Incidentally, she was scheduled for a tour, and the miscarriage happened a few hours before the event started. The singer also spoke of her struggles with endometriosis and the challenges she faced, including her tribulations with trying to get pregnant. It was demoralizing, she said, how she wasn’t capable of doing what she was biologically conditioned to do — being a mother. And this mainly took a toll on her because on stage, she was portrayed as a symbol of empowerment and femininity. Women across the world feel this way, so it’s essential to be able to talk about it. Being pregnant and finally out of danger felt like a true miracle, she went on to say.

Freida Pinto and Cory Tran

In one of her cutest Instagram posts, actress Freida Pinto flaunted her baby bump and declared the news of her pregnancy. The Slumdog Millionaire star is currently engaged to Cory Tran, and they are expecting their baby this fall. In fact, her post read something along the lines of “Baby Tran, coming this fall!”. Cory Tran and Frieda Pinto began dating in 2017, and they got engaged on Cory’s birthday in 2019.

The two of them tied the knot in October of 2019, in a ceremony that had all her celebrity friends such as Amy Schumer, Kris Jenner, and Emma Stone.

If you’re a Grey’s Anatomy fan, then you have some great news — Kelly McCreary and her husband Pete Chatmon are ready to welcome their first child together. We love how she is so excited about the prospect of becoming a mother. The news of her pregnancy was a shock to her, as although she was emotionally and mentally ready to be a mother, she didn’t think it was going to just happen! The couple have been married since 2019. The actress said that pregnancy and parenthood could be challenging, but with her husband by her side, it is something that she is ready to embrace.

Meghan Markle And Prince Harry

The royal couple happily announced the news of baby number two this year! Meghan, Duchess of Sussex, and Prince Harry, Duke of Sussex, told the world that their first son, Archie, was all set to become a big brother! They gave us this wonderful news on Valentine’s Day this year. We can’t be happier for the Duchess!

Meghan Markle had also opened up about her miscarriage in July last year and how difficult it was for her to navigate through all that pain and grief. Losing a child, even through miscarriage, is a huge loss, but not many people speak about it. Meghan talked about the fact that miscarriages are considered taboo, and there is a lot of stigma and judgment attached to it. And that’s not how it should be, given that close to ten or twenty out of every hundred women may experience a miscarriage. We’re happy that the royal mamma is in a better place now, with new hope!

This year has its fair share of ups and downs, given that we’re all in the middle of a global pandemic, but nevertheless, the news of pregnancy can give us all a reason to smile! We hope the best for all these expectant mothers and can’t wait for their big day! What are your thoughts on this? Let us know in the comments below!
