They also ensure that they get enough and more rest to be ready for the big D-day.
The year 2025 was rough for the world, but many good things occurred during this year. Several celebrity couples announced the news of their pregnancy this year, and some of them even welcomed their newborn into this world. Who cares about the pandemic when you have a newborn baby in your life? Hollywood celebrities like the star actress of This Is Us Mandy Moore, former One Direction heartthrob Zayn Malik, comedian Kevin Hart, singer, songwriter Katy Perry, and the suave Chris Patt announced this year that they are expecting babies soon.
In the Bollywood front in 2025, some celebs who announced their pregnancy to the world include the beautiful actress and producer Anushka Sharma and the Indian cricket team captain Virat Kohli, and Bollywood’s Bebo Kareena Kapoor and her talented hubby Saif Ali Khan who await their second child. Another couple whose pictures are going viral on social media are Kapil Sharma and Ginni Chatrath. They are expecting their second child but have not made the official announcement yet.

Recently during the festival of Diwali, Ginni Chatrath hid her baby bump in an Instagram picture posted on Diwali. She hid behind a chair while the family stood in front of it. Kapil and Ginni tied the knot in 2018 in a lavish Punjabi wedding followed by a grand reception in Mumbai. They had their first child in 2019 and named her Anayra. The host of The Kapil Sharma Show and his wife are excited to welcome their second child, expected in January 2025. Kapil’s mom has flown in to take care of the child, and they are all set for its arrival.
Another celebrity who is eagerly waiting for her first child’s arrival is Babita Phogat. The pehalwan sisters, Babita Phogat and Geeta Phogat, received incredible fame thanks to the movie Dangal which showcased their real-life struggles. The sisters became an inspiration for young girls to pursue their dreams and not let the world tell them otherwise. Babita Phogat has made the news once again and brought joy to her fans by announcing her pregnancy.

In 2018, Babita married Vivek in a reclusive ceremony and did not care for a big fat Indian wedding. The couple took eight pheras at their wedding and dedicated the extra one to the Beti Bachao, Beti Padhao initiative. Babita took to her Instagram to share a picture with her husband. She is seen flaunting her baby bump in the photo while Vivek is caressing it, and it’s adorable!
Expressing her love and excitement on embracing motherhood, she wrote in her caption that she is lucky to be Vivek’s wife and live each moment of this amazing life. She stated he completes her and is her happy place. She revealed that she is excited and waiting to start this new chapter of her life with him. We are thrilled for the couple and wish them all the best for the new journey they will embark upon.
