Bollywood has had its fair share of love affairs, breakups, and second marriages much like how we see in movies. Many popular celebrities have parted ways and got married the second time or had extramarital affairs. You may be familiar with a few of them since their kids are now ruling the big screen. But there are a few unfamiliar half-brothers and half-sisters in the film industry. Let’s take a look at them and the unusual relationship they share with each other.

1. Janhvi-Khushi Kapoor And Arjun-Anshula Kapoor

Jahnvi Kapoor’s dad, Boney Kapoor had first tied the knot to Mona Kapoor. The couple had two kids from the marriage—Anshula and Arjun Kapoor – before parting ways and getting married to the legendary actress Sridevi. Arjun Kapoor and his sister always kept a distance with their half-siblings Janhvi and Khushi Kapoor and their dad, Boney Kapoor. The dynamics of the Kapoor family changed soon after Sridevi’s sudden demise, which brought them closer to each other. In fact, Arjun and Anshula played the role of big brother and sister to help them cope during this tough time.
2. Pooja-Rahul Bhatt And Alia-Shaheen Bhatt

Mahesh Bhatt was first married to Lorraine Bright in 1968. Lorraine later changed her name to Kiran after the wedding. The couple had two kids together, Pooja and Rahul Bhatt. Their marriage hit the rocks after Mahesh’s extramarital affair with the actress, Parveen Babi. The director/screenwriter later tied the knot with actress Soni Razdan in 1986. The couple has two daughters, Shaheen and Alia Bhatt. The two kids share a great bond with their half-siblings, Rahul and Pooja.
3. Sara-Ibrahim Ali Khan And Taimur Ali Khan

Saif Ali Khan has two kids from his previous marriage to actress, Amrita Singh—Sara and Ibrahim Ali Khan. Sara and Ibrahim were raised by their mother after the couple got divorced in 2004 after a 13-year long marriage. The actor is now married to Kareen Kapoor and has a little munchkin, Taimur Ali Khan who the nation can’t get enough of. Sara and Ibrahim share a close relationship with dad, Saif as well as with their little stepbrother Taimur. They also share a cordial relationship with Kareena Kapoor Khan.
4. Prateik Babbar And Aarya-Juhi Babbar

Raj Babbar met Smita Patil and fell for her when he was already married to Nadira Babbar. Raj and Smita decided to get married and the couple had a son named Prateik. Smita Patil passed away after giving birth, and Raj with his newborn son decided to go back to his previous wife Nadira who accepted them both. Though Prateik was raised by his maternal grandmother, Prateik now shares a close relationship with his half-siblings, Aarya and Juhi Babbar.
5. Esha-Ahana Deol And Sunny-Bobby Deol

Dharmendra has 2 daughters and 2 sons, Sunny and Bobby Deol from his first marriage to Prakash Kaur. The actor later fell in love with Hema Malini and decided to tie the knot with her. The couple has two daughters, Esha and Ahana Deol. Esha and Ahana share a warm bond with their half-brothers. According to reports, Bobby and Sunny didn’t attend the two sisters’ weddings because they didn’t want to hurt the feelings of their mother.
6. Shahid Kapoor And Ishaan Khatter

Actor Pankaj Kapur got married to Neelima Azeem before parting ways in 1984. The couple had a son, Shahid Kapoor. Neelima later got married to actor Rajesh Khatter and gave birth to Ishaan. Shahid and Ishaan share a very close bond with each other.
7. Pooja Bedi And Adam Bedi

Kabir Bedi had a controversial love life as he was married to four women. The actor was married to Odissi dancer, Protima Bedi, and had two kids-Siddharth Bedi and Pooja Bedi. Siddharth, who was diagnosed with schizophrenia took his own life when he was 26. Kabir later tied the knot with the fashion designer, Susan Humphreys and had a son named Adam. Adam and Pooja share a cordial bond with each other, and the latter even attended Adam’s wedding.
It’s beautiful to see that some of these half-siblings share a wonderful bond despite their parents’ history. It truly is a testament to the fact that one can put hatred behind them and learn to love someone by making room for acceptance.
