8) Lose Some Pounds If You Have To

“Yes, women who are on the heavier side do get pregnant. But if there’s been no luck so far, it’s time to start thinking about shedding a few kilos. I have always been a tad on the heavier side but never had any health issues all my life. But the minute both my partner and I started eating healthy food, things took a turn for the better. “Eating bananas every day helped. The hormone levels went back to normal and my periods were also back on track. My husband also started eating bananas as he read somewhere that it boosts sperm production. I am not sure if it’s the bananas or frequent intercourse, but I got pregnant soon after that. So if you too are trying to get pregnant, bananas are definitely worth a shot.” ~ Kamila

“Working the graveyard shift had messed up my hormones and diet. I was stressed and tired all the time, and barely had any energy left for intercourse. My doctor suggested either changing the job or requesting for a 9 to 5 day shift. Once I started getting enough sleep of 8 hours, I was able to follow a healthy lifestyle.
