Bringing a baby into this world is nothing short of a miracle. It teaches you how precious life is while reminding you that anything is possible. Those nine months of carrying a life inside you teach you resilience. It’s uncomfortable and definitely not pleasant, but every woman goes through it because they get to hold their precious baby in their arms. Nurturing your baby before they have even been formed is something that only a woman can do, and it’s a privilege to do it. Every woman will probably agree that while their first pregnancy and delivery are the most nerve-wracking yet amazing, the feeling that encompasses you even for your next pregnancy is along the same lines. Indian television actress Teejay Sidhu, who is now a mother of three, opens up about her journey with pregnancy and how she survived it despite the challenges of being a mother.
Teejay Sidhu married Karanvir Bohra in 2006. After ten years of marriage, they embraced parenthood on November 19th, 2016, in Vancouver, Canada. The couple was blessed with twin girls and were delighted, new parents. Vienna Bohra and Raya Bella Bohra have now become big sisters to another little angel. In December 2020, Karanvir and Teejay welcomed an addition to their family. They named their little daughter Gia Vanessa Snow Bohra. Ever since the little one’s arrival, mommy Teejay has been sharing her thoughts on Instagram with adorable pictures of the munchkin.

On March 17th, 2021, Teejay shared a picture of her youngest daughter wishing her a happy three-month birthday. Karanvir took the photo in the hospital on the day Gia was born. Teejay said that the picture was not planned, but Karanvir took it when he saw both of them sleeping the same way after a tiring journey of nine months. The actress shared her pregnancy journey experiences by saying that it’s not a joke to carry, nurture, and bring a child earth-side into this world. She says that sometimes, the journey got rough, but they (the baby and she) made it. Teejay states that the pregnancy was actually the easy part, and the sleepless nights she is enduring are not easy.
The mother-of-three has always kept it real with her social media audience. She is not afraid to talk about the challenges and difficulties of pregnancy. She called the nine months special and said that they got to know each other pretty well. “We’d communicate in our own way – I’d talk to her, and she’d kick me back!”
A woman’s journey with motherhood starts from the time she conceives and never ends. Teejay talks about how well acquainted she was with her baby when she arrived. The Canadian resident said that she knew all her baby’s cries — when she was hungry, tired, and wanted to be held. The earth lover (as mentioned in her Instagram bio) expressed her excitement to discover more with her baby. She said that she is looking forward to having a great life ahead with her little love and welcomes her infant to the world.

Teejay and Karanvir have three daughters, including the newest addition to the family. In an Instagram post, Teejay shared her thoughts on having three daughters with a picture. She wrote, “Recently, someone I know had a baby boy. (They already had a girl.) Someone else I know commented, ‘Congrats, NOW your family is complete!’ That left me a little disappointed. Is a family only ‘complete’ when you have a boy? Suppose that person had another girl. Would that mean their family was ‘incomplete?’ Even having just one child is such a #blessing! How many you have after that, or what gender, shouldn’t determine your completeness.”
Teejay and Karanvir couldn’t be happier with their latest addition to the family. We wish the family of five good health and happiness in the years to come!
