Dr. Mehta has completed her Bachelors in medical sciences from Delhi University and Masters in clinical psychology from Amarjyoti Rehabilitation and Research Centre, Delhi. Later, she did a post-graduate diploma in rehabilitation psychology from CBLU, Haryana. She holds an MBA in Hospitality from Indira Gandhi University.
She is the founder of the mental health leading platform My Fit Brain, India. Dr. Mehta is a three-time national awardee as a woman achiever, best psychologist of the year 2018, Women Proud Award 2019.
